1. Fill in our questionnaire to help us better understand your enquiry

2. Phone consultation and site visit. Our phone consultation will talk through your requirements, what you are looking for, budget and any other details. We then organise a time to meet face-to-face preferably on-site to work out the finer details.

3. Design. We work in with our draftsman to ensure your plans meet your requirements and can work within your required budget or if you already have plans we can send them out for quoting with our trusted suppliers.

4. Full quotation. This is a detailed quote which is why we don't just provide a square meterage rate, as we provide the whole package that other builders don't provide.

5. We work in with you to organise everything that is needed to fulfil your build
   - Planning - Development Application
   - Engineering
   - Construction Certificate

6. Contract. We prepare our Master Builders Association contract for signing

7. Construction. Frequent updates via email and regular visits on-site to see your dream home come to life.

8. Handover. We do a final walkthrough and rectify anything before final occupation
